Absolutely. You can upgrade from Basic to Pro or Pro to Enterprise at any time with a simple pro-rated adjustment — no data loss and no downtime. We make sure growing your gym is never a headache.
No setup fees. The monthly or yearly plan price is all you pay. We also provide free onboarding assistance to get your gym fully configured — member data import, staff training, and app setup included at no extra cost.
We accept all major payment modes — UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. For annual plans, we also accept NEFT/RTGS. Monthly billing is processed automatically on your subscription renewal date.
Your data always belongs to you. If you ever decide to cancel, we provide a full data export in standard formats (CSV/Excel) covering all your member records, payment history, and reports. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation for download, then securely deleted.
